helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.\nThe Project\nWe are seeking a QA Engineer to work on a technology project.\nYou will have the following responsibilities:\nDefine and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements;\n\nPerform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing;\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts;\n\nTest APIs and backend services, validating data and integrations;\n\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;\n\nIdentify, document, and track defects through to resolution;\n\nSupport performance, security, and accessibility testing where applicable;\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality from the early stages of development;\n\nCollaborate with developers, product owners, and business teams to ensure product quality;\n\nProduce and maintain up-to-date test documentation and quality reports.\n\nYou need to have the following skills/experience:\n3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing;\n\nStrong knowledge of testing methodologies, techniques, and the software testing lifecycle;\n\nExperience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalents;\n\nProgramming or scripting experience, preferably in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python;\n\nExperience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalents;\n\nFamiliarity with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or equivalents;\n\nExperience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, or equivalents;\n\nKnowledge of SQL for data validation;\n\nFamiliarity with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI;\n\nEnglish B2 or higher;\n\nExperience with performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, k6) and ISTQB certification are a plus.\n\nLocation\nLisbon, Porto, Coimbra, or Braga (Hybrid -
