helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.\n\nThe project\nWe are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to work on a Tech project.\n\nYou will have the following responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java, applying object-oriented principles and design patterns consistently;\nImplement infrastructure-as-code components using Terraform to support scalable and repeatable environments;\nBuild and evolve event-driven integrations using Kafka;\nDevelop and maintain automated tests (unit and integration), applying TDD and shift-left testing practices;\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and workflows using Git-based version control and automation;\nDeploy and operate services in Kubernetes environments, supporting reliability and performance;\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver high-quality solutions.\n\nYou need to have the following skills/experience:\n5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java backend development;\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and common design patterns;\nExperience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation;\nHands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD/shift-left practices;\nProficiency with Git and CI/CD concepts and workflows;\nKnowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures;\nExperience working with Kubernetes in development and/or production environments;\nExperience with GraphQL Federation;\nKnowledge of
