This role suits someone who thrives on proactive outreach, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and understands the Education, commercial construction or landscape industry.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nProactively contact prospective and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities.\n\nQualify inbound enquiries and support the external sales team with leads and quotes.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, including councils, schools, architects, and contractors.\n\nCoordinate appointments across the sales team, considering geographical location, availability, opportunity quality and existing commitments to help maximise the productive selling time of the field sales team.\n\nProvide Sales Managers with clear customer and project information ahead of appointments.\n\nPrepare and follow up on proposals & quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nManage CRM records to ensure all customer interactions and opportunities are tracked and up to date.\n\nCollaborate with the marketing team to execute outbound campaigns and follow up on generated leads.\n\nContribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.\n\nCoordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover and excellent customer experience.\n\nResults-Driven Inside Sales Professional\nYou have proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the Education, commercial construction, landscaping, or building products sector.\nIn this role, you will have various tasks within inside sales.
