If you thrive at the intersection of deep infrastructure work and direct customer engagement and want to shape how a category-defining product reaches the world, this role is for you.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nDeployment and Customer Onboarding: \nLead end-to-end implementation of Komprise solutions for enterprise customers, from initial scoping and discovery through go-live and handoff to support.\nDesign and architect deployment plans tailored to customer environments spanning NAS, object storage, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid configurations.\nConfigure and deploy Komprise Directors, Observers, and Proxies across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.\nConduct pre-deployment discovery sessions to understand customer storage landscapes, data workflows, migration requirements, and compliance needs.\n\nCross-functional Collaboration: \nWork closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success during the pre-sales phase to ensure a smooth transition from POC or trial to production deployment.\nCapture field insights and relay product feedback to engineering and product management to influence the roadmap and reduce deployment friction.\nPartner with the Implementation Specialist (Deployment Lead) on complex or escalated deployments requiring senior technical oversight.\n\nProcess and Documentation: \nDevelop and maintain implementation playbooks, deployment checklists, and best-practice documentation for repeatable, scalable deployments.\nDrive continuous improvement in implementation processes, tooling, and automation to reduce time-to-go-live.\nTroubleshoot deployment-related issues involving Linux, networking, NFS/SMB protocols, DNS, Active Directory, and firewall configurations.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience: 5+ years in implementation, professional services, solutions engineering, or customer-facing deployment roles supporting enterprise software or SaaS platforms.\nLinux and Networking: Strong hands-on expertise in Linux system administration and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, routing, and firewall rules.\nStorage Protocols: Solid working knowledge of NFS and SMB/CIFS protocols and enterprise storage architectures, including NAS (NetApp, Dell EMC) and object storage (S3-compatible).
