Responsibilities:

  • Review the peer's code thoroughly, ensuring production-level quality of automation code.
  • Running, triaging and maintaining automated regression suites.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate automation tools and frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of in-depth experience in automating software products as well as writing frameworks and tools to test the products for functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Proven background as an individual contributor, testing and automating highly complex, scalable and reliable software.
  • Expertise in coming up with automation architecture, strategy, and frameworks.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python, object-oriented programming and creating custom libraries and production-level test suites.
  • 2+ years of experience working/integrating automation with Robot Framework, integrating the automation with Jenkins and Git.
  • Experience in manual testing of the product, aligning with business priorities.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and principles.
  • BE/MS in computer science or equivalent.
