The ideal candidate will take a technical leadership role in guiding the team, driving best practices, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver solutions (tools, automation, and services) that enhance organisational efficiency and improve customer experience. As a lead engineer of this team, you will also mentor a team of engineers and provide hands-on technical guidance and support in building solutions that will eventually be an enabler for different business units across Komprise.\n\nResponsibilities: \nThe tasks are often unstructured, and the issues to handle are less defined, requiring fresh perspectives along with creative approaches.\nTo apply experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in nature and need in-depth investigation and evaluation.\nTo demonstrate judgement in not only solving the given problems but also in identifying problems proactively and suggesting plausible solutions.\nShould be able to design and implement highly performant, scalable systems catering to different internal/external problem statements.\nDrive architecture decisions, code quality standards, and engineering best practices.\nWork closely with Engineering, Product Managers, support, and customers\nSuccess and other teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.\nThis individual must work effectively with immediate team members along with required stakeholders involved in the project.\nNeed to be self-driven, and hence limited supervision and direction are provided, as this individual can operate, drive results and set priorities independently.\nThe ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert.\nTo be successful, this individual must demonstrate favourable results through regular leadership and influence.\n\nRequirements: \n6-8 years of hands-on experience in software development.\nBE/MS in computer science or equivalent.\nPrior experience working in a productivity- or solutions- (tool/services) focused engineering team is a plus.\nStrong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e. g., Java, Python).\nExperience in architecting, designing and building internal tools, automation, microservices or workflows.\nSolid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).\nCollaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across
