Regularly review product design and actively contribute to evolving the Komprise design system and visual language.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of professional UX design experience.\nA strong portfolio showcasing experience designing complex workflows or enterprise software interfaces (data tables, forms, and interactive dashboards).\nA background in UX design for technical web applications.\nHigh proficiency in Figma with a strong command over user interactions and visual design patterns.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and active listening skills.\nProven experience working effectively in fast-paced and dynamic team environments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in the data sector, specifically with data visualization and analytics.\nExperience using AI tooling for UX design.\nKeys to Success in this Role:\nStrategic Communication: You can confidently articulate your reasoning, defend design decisions, and think on your feet during stakeholder reviews.\nAdaptability: You easily pivot your approach based on new information and constantly evolve your designs based on feedback.\nFacilitation Skills: You excel at leading conversations that help multiple voices converge on a single thesis, unifying different points of view to define clear problem statements.\nDeep Curiosity: You invest time in truly understanding the problem, digging deep to uncover every relevant factor before jumping into solutions.\nSystems Thinking: You view everything as an interconnected system and always design with the big picture in mind.\nNavigating Ambiguity: You can lead stakeholder engagements to untangle ambiguous requirements and translate them into concrete product solutions.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3373,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Enterprise
