As the second UX designer on the team, you will have a significant voice in our design culture. Because our product team spans the Bay Area and Bangalore, you will need to be comfortable navigating a global, cross-time-zone environment.\n\nResponsibilities: \nEnd-to-End Ownership: Own the UX of projects from initial concept and discovery through production and final delivery.\nSimplify Complexity: Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-friendly workflows and compelling visual designs.\nDesign Execution: Create comprehensive journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, founders, and fellow designers to navigate ambiguity and define clear product needs.\nStakeholder Alignment: Lead review sessions to collect real-time feedback on wireframes and mockups, rapidly incorporating insights and changing requirements into your designs.\nDeveloper Partnership: Work closely with UI developers, delivering clear, comprehensive design specifications and documentation to ensure effective implementation.\nQuality and Consistency: Act as a guardian of product UX quality.
