Ce poste offre une rémunération compétitive, des opportunités d'évolution et la chance de faire partie d'une entreprise en forte croissance dans un secteur en pleine digitalisation.\nMissions\nRécupérer les clients signés par les commerciaux, les onboarder, les faire acheter et racheter.\nSuivre les clients, comprendre leurs chantiers, gérer leurs commandes de A à Z.\nOptimiser chaque commande, anticiper le chantier suivant avant qu'ils appellent la concurrence.\nProfil recherché\nOn cherche quelqu’un de solide, débrouillard et qui aime que ça bouge.* 2 à 5 ans d’expérience (account management, sales, ops… idéalement BTP/logistique sinon startup SaaS)\n* À l’aise au téléphone (beaucoup)\n* Ultra réactif (les chantiers n’attendent pas)\n* Structuré, mais capable de gérer le chaos\n* Bon sens business (prix, marge, arbitrage)\n* Pas peur de négocier\nSi tu veux un job tranquille et cadré, ce n’est pas le bon endroit.
