This position serves as a resource for advanced troubleshooting, equipment reliability, technical training, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position provides expertise in CNC machining centers, stamping presses, tooling systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, electrical systems, and Allen-Bradley PLC-based control systems.\nCurrent opening on 1st shift\n1st shift hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nServe as a technical resource for CNC machining centers, stamping presses, tooling systems, automated manufacturing equipment, and associated control systems.\nLead advanced troubleshooting and repair activities involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and industrial automation systems.\nProgram, modify, troubleshoot, document, and support Allen-Bradley PLC platforms, including ControlLogix and CompactLogix systems.\nSupport equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives through preventive/predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and process optimization.\nAssist with planning and execution of capital projects, equipment upgrades, machine installations, process improvements, and equipment reliability initiatives.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Tool Room, Production, Quality, Purchasing, vendors, and contractors to improve equipment performance, reliability, and spare parts management.\nAssist in establishing maintenance priorities, coordinating technical resources, and providing technical leadership during equipment failures and maintenance activities.\nDevelop maintenance procedures, troubleshooting guides, PM documentation, training materials, and mentor Maintenance Technicians.\nServe as the primary maintenance contact and technical lead in the absence of the Facilities & Technical Services Manager and perform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nJourneyman Electrician or Maintenance Mechanic certification, associate degree in Electromechanical Technology, or equivalent multi-trade industrial maintenance experience.\nMinimum five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including support of CNC machining centers, stamping presses, tooling systems, and automated manufacturing equipment.
