The Quality Technician will oversee gage calibration, implement specific statistical process control (SPC) measures, and will assist with developing methods and procedures for inspection, testing and evaluation of company products or services.\nPOSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nPerform inspections of varying complexity, using hand measuring tools and advanced systems, such as CMM and optical comparator.\nDevelop and maintain CMM programs (Zeiss, Calypso).\nDevelop and maintain appropriate statistical controls, as necessary, to maintain processes within established tolerance.\nEstablish and maintain inspection procedures to support the design specifications of Kondex’s products.\nMaintain data and quality documentation.\nAuthorize disposition of non-conforming products.\nPerform Initial Sample Inspection Reports (ISIR), Part Capability Studies, Part Performance Analysis, Gage R&R, etc. as required.\nMonitor the gage calibration program and assist in replacing and procuring measuring devices as necessary.
