Ensure alignment of materials, production capacity, order dates and delivery priorities while maintaining accurate planning data and coordinating timely execution across functions.\nAre you the one?\nEducational Qualification - B.E., (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing or a related engineering discipline).\nMinimum 1 to 3 years of experience related to Production Planning & Production Process\nBasic understanding of production planning, material requirements planning, inventory management, manufacturing processes and capacity planning.\nBasic understanding of ERP and manufacturing systems; SAP PP/MM exposure is preferred.\nBatch Production Scheduling & Capacity Balancing knowledge\nFamiliar with Advance Material Planning techniques\nProficiency in MS Office tools\nGood Communication and analytical skills\nTeam Player & Collaborative between various Cross Functional teams\nWhat you will be doing?\n· Prepare and maintain daily and weekly production plans based on demand, customer priority, material availability and available capacity.\n· Review sales requirements, planned orders and production orders; support timely conversion, release, rescheduling and prioritisation.\n· Check material readiness before production and highlight shortages or constraints that may affect the committed plan.\n· Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Quality and Logistics to resolve execution issues and support uninterrupted production flow.\n· Monitor actual output against the approved plan and escalate delays, bottlenecks, capacity gaps and order-date risks.\n· Support capacity planning by comparing production demand with available machine, labour and shift capacity.\n· Monitor order dates, work-in-progress and ageing orders, and follow up on delayed or blocked orders until closure.\n· Maintain accurate SAP planning inputs, including lead times, lot sizes, scheduling parameters, quantities and order dates.\n· Reprioritise or reschedule orders when demand, material availability or production conditions change.\n· Prepare daily and weekly planning reports and dashboards using SAP, Microsoft Excel and Power BI, where applicable.\n· Analyse planning deviations and support corrective actions to improve schedule adherence, inventory control and on-time delivery.\n· Participate in continuous-improvement activities focused on planning accuracy, lead-time reduction and production-flow improvement.\nKey Performance Indicators:\nProduction Plan Adherence\nActual production quantity compared with the approved production plan.\n\nSchedule Adherence\nOrders completed in line with scheduled start and finish dates.\n\nOn-Time Delivery\nOrders completed or delivered by the committed date.\n\nMaterial Availability\nPlanned orders ready for production with required materials available.\n\nOrder and WIP Control\nOpen, overdue and work-in-progress orders maintained within agreed limits.\n\nPlanning Data Accuracy\nAccuracy of dates, quantities and planning parameters maintained in SAP.\nWhat do we offer?\nCareer progression and opportunities within a global organization\nTotal reward elements that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work\nComprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills\nYou are surrounded by fun colleagues and a lively working environment within Business Services team and KONE Front Line.
