The Recruitment Sourcer will support the TA recruitment activities by identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for various positions. The role will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build qualified talent pipelines and ensure timely support for recruitment requirements across India.\nWhat will you be doing?\nUnderstand recruitment requirements and job descriptions for positions across the India.\nSource qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant platforms.\nConduct initial screening of profiles against the required skills, experience, qualifications, and location criteria.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.\nShare shortlisted profiles with the respective Recruiters/Talent Acquisition team for further evaluation.\nCoordinate with Recruiters to understand feedback and continuously improve the quality of sourced profiles.\nConduct market mapping and identify potential talent pools for difficult-to-fill positions.\nMaintain accurate candidate information and update recruitment trackers/systems on a timely basis.\nEnsure timely turnaround of sourcing requests and meet agreed recruitment SLAs.\nSupport bulk/volume hiring requirements whenever required.\nMaintain confidentiality of candidate information and follow recruitment policies and processes.\nAre you the one?\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-5 years of experience in Talent Sourcing / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.\nGood knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.\nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and local job portals.\nStrong candidate screening and profile assessment skills.\nGood understanding of different job functions and ability to identify relevant talent pools.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work with multiple requirements simultaneously and manage priorities effectively.\nComfortable working with international stakeholders and different time zones.\nWhat do we offer?\nCareer progression opportunities within a global organization.\nTotal reward elements that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work.\nComprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills.\nAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
