This role will support our Southeast District and will sit at the Marietta, GA branch.\n· Do you enjoy analyzing non-quoted repair service orders (time of call, scope of work performed, contract type..etc) to identify orders requiring further review with management?\n· Does organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks motivate you?\n· Do you thrive in areas where you use interpersonal skills to interact and build relationships effectively with customers and KONE stakeholders?\n· Are you skillful with advanced Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)?\n· Do you demonstrate a passion for learning software applications?\n· Are you committed to working independently and as a team member under tight time constraints?\nIf you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!\nJob Duties\nAs our Billing Coordinator, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of Non-Quoted Repair (NQR) Orders. This role specializes in auditing contract documentation for compliance to invoicing requirements and aligns with work completion to ensure invoice quality and accelerated invoice cycle time. Additionally, the role ensure compliance to KONE billing processes and procedures resulting in increased customer satisfaction and reduction of credit memos.\nHigher Vocational diploma in business or related field of education or 2-3 years of prior working experience in an office administrative role is required.
