Wearelookingfora Business Controller tojoinourFinanceteam and support 2of the largestregionsin EEM: Poland & Ukraine and Czech Republic& Slovakia.

Thisis an importantrolewithinourFinancereorganization, strengtheningourBusiness Controlcapabilitiesacrossthe regions. The positionwillprovidehigh-qualityfinancialand business controllingsupport whileworkingin a more centralizedregionalsetup.

Yourresponsibilities

• Business partnering with a strongunderstanding ofthe business drivers,dependencies between key operational processes and performance metrics.

• Acting as a Finance Business Partner to Service business line, providingactionable insight and guiding commercial decisions toward profitable growth.

• Go beyond standard actuals understanding toward forward looking business development to influence business stakeholders in decision-making covering pricing and productivity initiatives incl. contract profitability reviews

• Cooperatewith local controlling, ensuring accuracy of controlling activities such as budgeting, on time and qualitymonth end closing, actual results reporting (e.g.Balance SheetandP&Letc) incl. variance analysis and forecast preparation

• Continuesprocess improvement, tasks harmonizationand simplification combined with tasks automation including

• Support strategic and long-term planning for service business.

• Provide recommendations, training and coaching to the finance and business community on reporting and accounting matters

• Initiate and drive assign projects toward setobjectivesand achieving key results

Aboutyou

• 3-5+ years of relevant experiencein Business Controlling, FP&A, Financeora similarrole.

• Master's degree in finance or accounting, CIMA/ACCA qualification underway will be an asset.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of financial performance.

• Self-motivated and result-driven personality with project management skills.

• Ability to influence and drive improvement incl. effective communication is key.

• Ability to operatein fast changingand matrix environments.

• Sound business acumen, demonstratingthe ability to combine the key commercial and financial drivers with understanding of core business opportunities & limitations

• Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must. Knowledgeof SAP and related SAP BPC/OneStrea, or Power BItool will be an asset.

• Fluent command of English (verbal and written) is a must

• Ambitious and open for future developmentBusiness Partnering mindset and self-starter attitude

• Key soft skill: problem solving, analytical thinking, drive & energy to act, continuous improvement & collaboration.

• FluentEnglish; knowledgeof Polish, Czech, SlovakorUkrainianis a plus.
