Join our flow.\nWe have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic CSE Engineer System who provides technical expertise on how to optimally integrate KONE solutions into customer building interfaces. Building interfaces are onsite (inbuilding): mechanical electrical and software. Nonsiterelated interfaces are: related to cloud mobile and thirdparty equipment interfaces. He/she understands how customer needs are translated into system integration needs and/or opportunities. What will you do\nCollaboration with sales:\nResponsible for finding the optimal building integration capability to meet the customers needs for nonstandard and modernisation cases\nResponsible for designing electrical software and APF Solution interfaces (e.g. cloud integrations network IoT and data interfaces)\nParticipates in customer meetings and answers customers technical questions when needed\nSelects the correct integration platform on which to make the offering\nProposes solutions from all KONE business lines; new services escalators elevators doors etc.\nSystem integration plan Costing:\nInvolves Advance People Flow (DCS Access Control and other people flow integration) KONE IT R&D sourcing and other relevant parties to understand the integration total cost during setting up and during operation\nCoordinates building integration lead times for Advanced People Flow KONE IT R&D local sourcing and other relevant parties\nSolution plan Compliance:\nEnsures that the proposed system integration fulfils local codes regulations and safety requirements\nEnsures that the proposed system integration solution fulfils connectivity network architecture access control systems IoT and cyber security requirements\nEnsures that the planned system integration complies with KONE engineering policy\nProvides the required details to the CSE Specialist for ordering materials and completing the documentation process\nProposes change order (variations and add works) sales opportunities to the Project Manager\nProvides system integrationrelated information to Project Managers Installation Supervisors and Maintenance Supervisors\nCoordinates and executes the integration testing\nSolution plan Maintainability:\nEnsures that the proposed system integration method fulfils the customers product lifecycle needs\nIdentifies deviations from standard maintenance methods and ensures that a resolution is found\nCSE Engineer System role in the KONE SEB process:\nShares knowledge with maintenance as needed\nParticipates in major system upgrades verification and validations\nGeneral responsibilities:\nParticipates in product and new services release informationsharing sessions\nProvides technical trainings to Sales Installation and Maintenance as per Front Line needs\nProvides input to CSE Engineer Solution; CSE Engineer Product and CSE Engineer Project\nProvides details and definitions to CSE Specialists\nOffers input to the product offering management about interface requirements for the portfolio\nContributes to the Customer Solutions Engineering virtual and local network\nContributes to and utilises the Customer Solutions Engineering case library\nIs the primary FL contact person for KONE IT SL and Advance People flow for system integrations\nAre you the one\nMinimum Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics and Communication Systems and Information Technology or another relevant field or 5 to 6 years experience in the integrations/connectivity field of operations\nExperience of building automation system(s) design and configuration\nExperience in integrating with the Internet of Things\nExcellent communication and influencing skills in English\nBasics of ITIL (foundation) or another equivalent.\nBasics of test management\nHolistic understanding of the building automation systems and protocols\nHolistic understanding of building integration capabilities\nGood knowledge of IoT\nGood knowledge of system/application integrations and APIs\nExcellent skills in understanding and translating customer needs (requirements) into system integration specifications\nGood solution and valueselling skills\nBasic knowledge of KONE solutionrelated norms and standards\nBasic knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements and norms\nBasic understanding of local norms and regulations\nExcellent knowledge of connectivity network architecture access control systems IoT and cyber security\nVB Specific knowledge: Conducting site surveys for integrationspecific needs existing building modernization/installation methods.\nAt KONE we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
