Join our flow.\nWe have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Solution Engineer - Product, who provides technical expertise on the optimal KONE product for the customer. The position will be based in Casablanca.\nHe/she should understands how customer needs are translated into product-specific requirements and is accountable for coordination of all engineering work until the project is handed over to maintenance and will provides technical expertise support to the front line CSE team, field operation and sales team in Delivery process to handle order management and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions, that meet customer’s contract specification by cost and leads time effective way, while ensuring compliance to codes and standards.\nWhat will you do?\nCollaboration with sales\nResponsible for finding the optimal KONE product to meet the customer’s needs for non-standard with Special Engineering requirements.\nSelects the correct product platform on which to make the offer and ensures the offer is Competitive.\nProduct planning - Costing\nInvolves Supply Line, installation, maintenance, and project management to understand both the materials and the service cost of the product when needed\nResponsible for correct product costings in non-standard cases, both for corporate and local Materials\nProduct planning - Specs\nAccountable for detailed, custom product plans for non-standard cases (collaborates with the SL Engineering team when needed)\nCreates product specifications for corporate materials and local materials.\nPerforms initial and revised non-standard energy calculations.\nPerforms simple traffic analyses.\nWhen accountable for the overall engineering of the project:\nAccountable for technical site surveys\nAccountable for the technical content of the order between MS 0b and MS 2z\nProduct planning - Availability and lead times\nCoordinates product lead times from Supply Line and local sourcing\nProduct planning - Installability\nEnsures that the proposed product can be installed\nEnsures that the cost and work effort impact of installation is part of product plans, especially in non-standard installation situations\nProduct planning - Maintainability\nEnsures that the planned proposed product fulfils the customer’s product lifecycle needs\nIdentifies possible deviations to standard maintenance methods and ensures that resolutions are found\nProduct planning - Compliance\nEnsures that the proposed product fulfils local codes, regulations and safety requirements\nEnsures alignment with environmental regulations\nEnsures that the planned product complies with KONE’s Engineering Policy\nKey tasks in the KONE Customer process\nProvides content for pre-booking reviews (technical product, costs, lead times, risks, and verification of technical content in contracts)\nExecutes activities for holistic product planning\nAre you the one\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or Civil Engineering.\n2-3 years of experience in the elevator industry is a must.\nCandidate with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in AutoCAD.\nProficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nExcellent communication and influencing skills in English.\nExcellent collaboration skills and capability to teamwork with people from different cultural backgrounds.\nCapability for analytical thinking and focus on details - distinguishes between important information and irrelevant or minor details.\nAbility to work with global colleagues considering different time zones, language competencies and differences in working culture.\nExcellent technical understanding of elevator, escalator, and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet the customer expectations is considered a plus.\nWhat do we offer\nGreat dynamic team promoting a collaborative environment.\nTotal reward elements that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to work.\nComprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skills.\nEngaging job with position description and clear targets.\nRegular feedback through performance discussions.\nOpportunities for individual development.\nMentoring and coaching programs.\nFlexibility, trust and respect.\nValue-based culture, behaviors and ethics.\nSustainability and innovation.\nWorking for a successful organization.\nAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
