In this role,you'llprovide technicalexpertisethroughout the sales and delivery process, developing innovative lift and escalator solutions that meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and KONE's high-quality expectations.\nWhatyou'llbe doing\nProvide technical support to the Sales team by developing practical, cost-effective solutions for customers.\n\nProduce technical specifications, AutoCAD layouts,estimatesand delivery schedules for customer projects.\n\nConduct technical site surveys and assess project requirements to develop the most suitable solution.\n\nAct as the technical point of contact for customers, consultants,architectsand contractors throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nPrepare and manage project drawings, materialspecificationsand technical documentation.\n\nCoordinate with KONE supply teams and suppliers to ensure materials and project timelines are aligned.\n\nSupport a smooth handover of projects to the Operations team for successful delivery.\n\nEnsure all proposed solutionscomply withrelevant legislation, safetystandardsand company procedures.\n\nWhatwe'relooking for\nA qualification in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline\n\nPreviousexperience in a technical engineering role, ideally within construction, building services or a related industry.\n\nStrong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer requirements and develop practical engineering solutions.\n\nExcellent communication skills and confidence working with customers,contractorsand internal stakeholders.\n\nGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
