Through our technical expertise and digital connectivity, we're transforming the customer experience and improving the flow of urban life.\nAs we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to join our team based in Mascot, NSW.\nWhy this Role?\nThis is a dynamic leadership opportunity where you'll have a direct impact on the successful delivery of major projects across the state.\nYou'll lead and inspire a team of Project Managers, Supervisors and installation professionals, driving safety, quality, customer satisfaction and operational performance across your portfolio.\nThis role is ideal for an experienced construction or project delivery leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional business outcomes.\nThis role is ideal for an experienced construction, operations or project delivery leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams, building strong customer partnerships and delivering outstanding commercial and operational results.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nBuilding a culture that embraces safety, quality and excellence in project delivery.\nLeading and developing a dynamic operations team across NSW.\nDriving the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of installation projects.\nSupporting the delivery of complex construction projects with Tier 1 builders and key customers.\nPartnering with stakeholders to proactively manage capacity planning, workforce allocation and resourcing.\nManaging project performance including forecasting, productivity, financial outcomes and customer satisfaction.\nCreating strong relationships with your leadership team, Regional Directors and functional leaders.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and add value to customer projects through seamless and reliable delivery.\nEnsuring projects are delivered in line with KONE's safety, quality and operational standards.\nAre You the One?\nWe're looking for a collaborative and commercially minded leader who can influence stakeholders, develop people and drive results.\nYou'll ideally have:\nDemonstrated success in construction, project delivery or operations management.\nTertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related discipline.\nProven people leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams.\nStrong contract, planning and financial management skills.\nExperience managing project costs, revenue and operational performance.\nStrong strategic thinking, governance and project management capabilities.\nThe ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence across a matrix organisation.\nA customer-first mindset and passion for delivering outstanding outcomes.\nA commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.\nExperience within the lift, escalator, building services or construction industry will be highly regarded.\nWhy Join KONE?\nAt KONE, you're not just taking a job.
