The seniority level of the role can be tailored to the selected candidate.\nThe KONE Supply Chain Product Management team is responsible for planning and implementing global product supply strategies, including supply related aspects of product development, product costing, and product change management.\nAs part of KONE’s product harmonization program, the Delivery Structure team plays a key role in defining and maintaining delivery and manufacturing structures across supply lines and manufacturing units, based on the existing supply footprint and defined supply and manufacturing strategies.\nThe Delivery Structure Specialist is a critical contributor to new product introductions and product change implementation. The role requires close collaboration with KONE factories and supply units, Supply Chain Project Management, Product Change Management, and KONE Technology & Innovation.\nThis position is preferably based in Usti, with Pero orCadrezzate as alternative locations. Occasional travel is required.\nResponsibilities\nDefine supply line requirements for Engineering and Delivery Structures based on existing supply and manufacturing strategies.\nParticipate in make or buy studies and related supply chain evaluations.\nReorganize Engineering Structures into Delivery Structures at ESU and ECU level to support the different business and manufacturing use cases.\nCreate and maintain DS configuration data, and related technical rules for new and existing products.\nManage configuration updates driven by product, technology, and Supply Chain changes.\nDefine component tagging and configuration logic to ensure correct product and sales order configuration.\nEnsure configuration solutions support global product architecture, data quality, harmonization, and standardization objectives.\nSupport the validation and implementation of product changes and releases across the supply chain.\nTroubleshoot product configuration and data issues in collaboration with relevant technical and business stakeholders.\nIdentify gaps in existing tools and processes, and initiate development requests to implement required enhancements or new functionalities.\nRequirements\nSolid knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM).\nEngineering background or relevant engineering experience.\nExperience with configuration management, product structures (BOMs), variants, and product lifecycle management (PLM/PDM) tools\nStrong understanding of order to delivery process flows and the ability to analyze and resolve related issues.\nBasic understanding of the KONE system landscape and data flow across engineering, configuration, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain systems.\nDeep knowledge of Change Request (CR) processes and product change practices.\nAbility to test and validate required change scenarios in testing environments following product changes.\nExperience working with manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain, or product management processes is considered an advantage.\nAnalytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.\nStrong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities in an international environment.\nGood negotiation and influencing skills.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nWe Offer\nA unique opportunity to work and develop your skills in a truly international environment.\nExposure to global product and supply chain development activities.\nGlobal career development opportunities.\nA supportive and collaborative team culture.\nComprehensive KONE employee benefits.\nAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
