You’ll ensure field crews deliver installation and modernization projects safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with procedures, codes, and quality standards while resolving complex technical challenges and driving continuous improvement.\nYou will bring 5+ years of progressive and successful industry experience with progressive experience in management, coaching, and training to KONE [\nFrontline labor operations management / IUEC field foreman or installation experience preferred]. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.\nWe will also consider candidates in the following areas.
