With a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, you enjoy taking ownership, driving initiatives forward and turning ideas into impactful outcomes. You will independently lead the training and awareness area while collaborating closely with the Area Compliance teams and other relevant functions.\nThis is a global individual contributor role with significant independence and broad stakeholder engagement. The position does not include direct people management responsibilities or direct reports. This role provides an opportunity to shape how compliance is understood and put into practice across an international organization.\nWhat will you be doing?\nOwn and further develop the global compliance training and awareness framework, annual roadmap and delivery plan.\nDevelop coherent learning approaches for global, role-based, targeted, onboarding and refresher training.\nLead the planning, development, deployment and continuous improvement of global compliance e-learnings.\nCoordinate the end-to-end implementation of assigned training programs, including scoping, content development, communications, completion follow-up and evaluation.\nDrive compliance awareness by creating scalable and technology-enabled learning formats.\nDesign and deliver global campaigns, articles, leadership messages, toolkits and other materials supporting key compliance priorities.\nTranslate complex compliance topics into clear, accessible and engaging communications.\nSupport policy and process implementations through targeted communications and awareness activities.\nEnsure that compliance messages remain consistent globally while being relevant to different audiences, functions and countries.\nDefine meaningful measures for training reach, completion and effectiveness.\nUse data, employee feedback and compliance insights to identify improvement opportunities.\nLead workshops and training sessions\nProvide practical guidance and general compliance advisory to stakeholders.\nProvide management with timely and relevant information and reporting.\nUndertake other responsibilities and initiatives within the Global Ethics & Compliance Program as assigned.\nAre you the one?\nWe are looking for a compliance professional who combines strong compliance understanding with the ability to turn complex topics into practical learning, communication and engagement.\nYou have:\nMaster’s degree in business, law, finance or any other relevant field\nMinimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience, in large international organizations.\nStrong written, verbal, presentation and facilitation skills in English.\nFluent Finnish and other languages is an asset\nA strong understanding of the principles and regulatory expectations of an effective ethics and compliance program.\nExperience in independently leading training, awareness, communications, learning, change or other cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience in developing and deploying initiatives in an international organization.\nThe ability to translate complex compliance requirements into clear, practical and accessible learning and communications.\nStrong stakeholder-management, collaboration and influencing skills.\nWillingness to continuously develop expertise in compliance areas.\nA structured and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities, projects and deadlines. \nThe ability to use data, feedback and other available insights to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.\nExperience with learning platforms, digital learning, training reporting, communication tools, project management or external providers is considered an advantage.\nWe welcome candidates from different relevant professional and academic backgrounds who have sufficient substantive compliance knowledge and the capability to lead a global learning, communications and engagement program.\nWhat do we offer?\nA visible global role with the opportunity to shape how ethics and compliance are understood across KONE.\nThe opportunity to develop learning and awareness solutions for diverse employee populations around the world.\nA collaborative international working environment and broad exposure to business and functional stakeholders.\nA role combining compliance expertise, communications, learning, creativity and practical program development.\nContinuous opportunities for professional development within a global organization.\nInterested?\nIf you are motivated by making compliance understandable, relevant and actionable, we would be pleased to hear from you.\nPlease submit your application, CV and cover letter through our recruitment system by13th of November.\nAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
