What will you be doing?

• Monitor, process and convert purchase requisitions & purchase order to ensure compliance with approved/preferred suppliers and the accuracy of material and supplier master data in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support business requestors by clarifying item pricing, terms, and conditions in accordance with framework agreements established by the Purchasing team
• Review and manage order confirmation discrepancies, coordinating with stakeholders to update purchase orders as required.
• To support in new vendor registration process
• Promote and maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate standard statistical and other reports to support operational and compliance requirements.
• To support the service and product sourcing process
