We are now looking for a

Lead technical solution designer to join KONEIT Digital Enabling Platforms, Data Movementand Integrations team. Our team is dedicated to creating and managing cloud integration solutions that power KONE's digital transformation journey.

As a key member of our team, you’llhelp design and support cloud-based data integration projects, creating scalable solutions for transferring and managing large datasets across applications. You’llplay a critical role in automating data pipelines and enabling self-service integration capabilities for our users.

This position is based in Espoo, Finland,and reports to the Product Owner.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, applicationowners,architects,and other stakeholdersto clarify businessneeds and uncover integration opportunities.

• Create fit-for-purpose designs for prioritized items, considering both functional and non-functional aspects.

• Own the end-to-end IT solution design forintegrationassets.

• Lead requirement-gatheringworkshops and translate needs into technical specifications.

• Manage development and testing with implementation partners.

• Support the product owner in updating product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.

What We’reLooking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design or software development, with a strong background in enterprise application integration.

• Goodunderstanding of cloud-native architecture and AWS services (e.g., Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, EventBridge).

• Hands-on experience in cloud engineering, data integration, and designing APIs or messaging-based solutions.

• Proven track recordin IT project delivery within agile environments.

• Analytical,innovative, and curiousmindset.

• Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, agile approach.

• AWS Solutions Architect certificationor similaris a plus.

• Prior experience with SAP or Salesforce is considered an asset.

• Good understanding of agentic AI concepts, MCPs and AI driven software development.
