We are looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive learning consultancy, service delivery, and deployment of key capability-building programs across selected countries in the Eastern Europe and Mediterranean region.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to define learning priorities, deliver regional development initiatives, and align them with global L&D strategy. You will play a key role in strengthening a culture of continuous learning and supporting employees in both functional and role-specific growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional stakeholders to identify learning needs and define clear development priorities.

  • Design and deploy annual training plans for both technical and non-technical competencies, ensuring alignment with global L&D strategy.

  • Manage and coordinate global and local learning initiatives, acting as project manager for key programs.

  • Lead apprenticeship programs in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and business teams.

  • Monitor learning metrics and KPIs, maintaining high-quality data and driving continuous improvement.

  • Build and support a network of internal trainers.

  • Develop and coordinate AI training programs with internal and external providers to support digital transformation.

  • Promote a strong learning culture across the region and support business leaders in capability building and workforce development.

  • Oversee learning-related investments within approved budgets.

Key Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs.

  • Strong facilitation, training, and coaching skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with experience in multinational matrix environments.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to partner with senior leaders.

  • Proficiency in everyday AI tools used for productivity and learning content creation, with experience in driving digital adoption.
