This position requires robust technical capabilities, team spirit, and a customer-centric mindset.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and implement custom solutions using Powe[MT1] r platform and the tools it contains ( eg.Power App, Power Automate, CoPilot studio, Dataverse, AI Builder etc)\nAutomate workflows and business processes\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions\nStay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and trends[MT2] such as leveraging the AI opportunities\nAutomate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate..\nIntegrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.\nEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.\nProvide technical support and training to users.\nApplying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints\nAssisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements\nRaising the causes of bugs or potential issues of the product and fixing technical issues\nBeing adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality\nAddressing and remediating security vulnerability\nHelp guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform\nUnderstand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skills\nKeep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends\nUse various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.\nIntegrate external APIs with Power Platform through API management and custom connectors to ensure secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.\nIdentify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement\nAssists in the evaluation, development, and implementation of company systems, including custom developed, off-the-shelf, and/or hosted solutions.\nContribute across all phases of the software development life cycle\nAzure Integration - Leverage Azure services and serverless solutions to extend power platform capabilities\nAdept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent education\nMin 3 years’ experience in enterprise automation, low-code/no-code platforms, as developer\nHave strong development experience on Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) [MT3]\nExperience with Dataverse, data connectors, and APIs.\nKnowledge of additional programming languages like Python, C# and knowledge over .NET framework is an advantage\nCertification on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies will be an advantage\nExperience with Azure services such as ACS, serverless computing and integration patterns are added advantage\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.\nSolid experience on backlog management, like [MT4] JIRA, capable to translate between business and technical viewpoints.\nStrong familiarity and experience with agile, DevOps ways of working and Value- driven prioritization and execution practices\nExcellent team player, able to take/give feedback directly and improve ways of working & collaboration towards positive direction\nDeeply interested in automation solution technology, have interested in understanding how technology can help KONE business in productivity gain and efficiency improvement\nExcellent verbal and written communication in English, able to present content with clarity concisely\nUsing Power Platform and the tools it contains\nCertifications on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies will been seen as advantage.\nAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
