You will play a key role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver cost efficiency quality and operational excellence.\nThe Procurement Lead will act as a strong business partner to both Projects execution team ensuring alignment between commercial operational and technical objectives. This role demands a balance of strategic insight and hands-on execution with a focus on collaboration value creation and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end procurement activities across projects and indirect categories ensuring compliance with company policies and business objectives.\nDevelop and manage strategic supplier relationships to secure competitive advantages in cost quality delivery and innovation.\nPartner closely with project engineering and service teams to align sourcing strategies with operational needs and project timelines.\nNegotiate complex contracts and framework agreements ensuring optimal commercial and legal terms.\nDrive cost optimization risk mitigation and sustainable sourcing initiatives.\nAnalyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.\nContribute to the development of procurement policies tools and processes that enhance efficiency and transparency.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering Business\n10 years of experience in procurement sourcing or supply chain management.\nStrong background in construction procurement and MEP scope management.\nProven track record in supplier negotiation contract management and sourcing.\nExcellent analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong commercial acumen and attention to detail.\nProactive customer-focused mindset with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.\nAt KONE we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
