Join our flow\nWe have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Delivery Project Planner who will be responsible for creating developing and maintaining project plans as well as monitoring and reporting on project progress against these plans. This role proactively identifies and communicates any resource or time challenges that may impact the successful completion of project requirements.\nWhat will you do\nSupports sales function by creating project schedules and related support material for use in KONE estimates and proposals.\nDesigns constructs and maintains cost and resource loaded schedules for projects in and proactively highlights resource and time challenges in meeting schedule requirements.\nInteracts directly with customers to clearly understand overall project requirements and milestones in order to integrate construction master schedules with those specific to KONE scope.\nBridges potential misalignment between KONE Supply Line and Front Line by actively checking project schedules and identifying and suggesting corrective actions and scheduling opportunities.\nAssists local Project Manager in the development and maintenance of existing schedules performing critical path acceleration and gap analysis as required.\nAssists in project performance analysis and forecasting based on Critical Path and Earned Value.\nMaintains accurate records of schedule development through the lifetime of the Project.\nEnsures bespoke customer reports and contractual planning obligations are understood and fulfilled.\nProvides support to Project Team and management in relation to EOT claims and Cause and Effect scheduling.\nAssists in project risk analysis.\nContributes to the development of planning processes and best practices and assists with their implementation and guides supports and trains project teams in their application.\nAre you the one\nBachelor degree in Engineering.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in elevator industry or relevant field.\nExcellent verbal and written English and Arabic language skills.\nExcellent communication negotiation and customer handling skills.\nHighly motivated and organized.\nAbility to use MS Project.\nExcellent knowledge of Primavera planning tool P6 version 20\nAt KONE we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
