If you have what it takes to make an impact and add value to the business, we encourage you to apply!\nYour tasks\nDefine sourcing plans for customer projects and work closely with project teams to understand customer requirements.\nManage requests for quotations (RFQs) for project-specific materials and negotiate supplier contracts.\nIdentify local sourcing opportunities for direct materials, subcontractors, indirect materials, and spare parts.\nNegotiate framework agreements and price lists with suppliers for direct materials and spare parts.\nSupport supply chain activities through thorough market analysis and supplier research.\nIdentify local sourcing opportunities and implement measures to mitigate supply risks.\nIdentify, evaluate, and manage local material and service providers in line with sourcing categories and plans.\nLead negotiations with local suppliers, maintaining a strong understanding of the local supplier market.\nTake ownership of assigned contracts and conduct supplier quality audits.\nMonitor contract validity, coordinate renewals and renegotiations, and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date contract and pricing information in relevant systems.\nOrganize regular supplier review meetings and drive the resolution of supplier-related issues.\nMonitor supplier cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs.\nEnsure compliance with KONE's supplier management processes and requirements.\nConduct supplier quality audits, maintain scorecards, and implement appropriate supplier risk management measures.\nManage supplier onboarding, compliance, and ongoing supplier relationships.\nCreate, maintain, and archive contracts and framework orders.\nCoordinate with Operations and relevant internal stakeholders to facilitate purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely processing.\nFollow up on outstanding invoices, resolve invoice-related issues, and support timely supplier payments.\nAre you the one?\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management.\nKnowledge of supply markets, cost drivers, and relevant purchasing categories.\nExperience in a multinational company or matrix organization is an advantage.\nExperience working in a project-based environment is an advantage.\nStrong ethical standards and a commitment to compliance and process adherence.\nExcellent English communication skills.\nA proactive, self-motivated approach with strong supplier and stakeholder relationship management skills.\nStrong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
