A High School education or equivalent.\nOther Listed Duties as Needed\nPerform general office work and administrative tasks related to the ongoing repair business of the branch.\nBook quoted repair orders and requisition parts\nSchedule quoted repair and quick quotes; collaborate with supervisors, customers, 3rd party entities, and regulatory bodies\nMaintain Technician on-call Scheduler, for overtime calls for Technicians and Supervisors\nAssist Service / Repair Supervisor\nAudit completeness and accuracy of orders\nUpdate SAP\nProvide internal Technician support\nAssist with permitting and permit management\nAssist with invoice dispute and initiate invoices\nManage and order Office Supplies\nReporting functions for Branch Staff Meetings\nAdditional duties as assigned\nHiring Requirements\n\nProficient in MS Word and Excel\nWell Organized\nCustomer service mindset\nAt KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing each individual's contribution.
