Why this role?

KONE is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking Sales Manager, Channel Partnership to join our team. This role will drive Channel Partnership sales growth across APAC and Middle East (APM), with a primary focus on developing and scaling business through System Integrators (SI). The role will convert our strategy into concrete partners, opportunities, orders and modernization volume, closely with Area and FLs.

What will you be doing?

Identify, recruit and develop System Integrators across APM to grow the Channel Partnership business.
Drive sales and modernization volume, from partner onboarding to first order and recurring business.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, with clear targets, forecasts and conversion follow-up.
Develop joint business plans with key partners and support them in winning modernization projects.
Work closely with APM and Front Line teams to ensure strong local alignment and execution, mainly with colleagues focusing on ISP development.
Coordinate with Global Engineering, Offering and Operations to remove barriers and accelerate sales.

Are you the one?

Strong background in, sales and modernization
Experienced in sales as an elevator supplier
Good understanding of modernization or technical B2B solutions
Ability to navigate matrix organizations and align with regions
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
