This individual will be expected to identify productivity improvement opportunities, define strategic improvement roadmaps, and successfully deliver sustainable operational results across the plant.\n\"Responsibilities and key activities required (additional to role description)\n工作职责（除了通力角色定义的其它职责）\"\n\"\nConducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and work flow and recommends methods, technology for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.\nImply independent judgment and acquired experience, for execute moderately complex and non-routine assignments.\nAnalyze, develop Manufacturing processes to drive and following up Manufacturing targets (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Cost) and actions on unit level through safe, innovative and competitive processes\nProvide engineering service and advice to industrial engineering activities; design FLOW standards by suing LEAN methodology, define production methods, technology, factory layout, line level layout, material replenishment and material utilization.\nDefine Process FMEA base of flow and leverage RPN reduction based on related actions taken as tracked.\nExecute Manufacturing development action, CAPEX in line with global manufacturing strategy\nSupport NPCI and change management in unit\nDrive Base Time Reduction as per target setting to improve productivity and analyse & control capacity based on MTM deployment\nUnderstand specific client needs or technical specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new techniques and estimate time requirements for each step and total cost of the project\nLeverage Lean Engagement and Digital Thinking & Acting as disruptive\n\"\n\"Performance measures required in the position (additional to role description)\n业务指标 （ 除了通力角色定义的其它指标）\"\n\"1.
