In this role, you will provide expert technical support to our maintenance organization by resolving complex equipment issues and sharing knowledge across the team. You will play a key role in ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.\n Key Responsibilities:\nSolve complex technical problems beyond Maintenance Technician capability\nPerform first visits on unknown equipment (competitor or KONE).\nSupport installation-to-maintenance handovers and identify technical competence gaps.\nCommunicate new technical issues that may cause call-outs or safety hazards.\nProvide feedback to improve products, methods, and safety.\nPlan workload effectively and maintain accurate reporting of work performed.\nManage proximity stock and ensure tools and equipment are in good condition.\nActively raise sales leads and communicate improvement opportunities.\nEnsure customer satisfaction through high-quality service and proactive communication.\nMaintain excellent relationships with customers and end-users on-site.\nIdentify site risks and take immediate action when necessary.\nPerform unplanned service repairs when approved by the customer.\nCoach and train Maintenance Technicians on root causes and solutions.\nShare updates on new maintenance methodologies and technical information.\nCollaborate with installation teams and technical support.\nWe’re Looking For:\nStrong technical troubleshooting skills with experience in lift or similar technology\nAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nCommitment to safety and adherence to quality standards\nWillingness to learn and share knowledge within the team\nWillingness to travel - This position involves frequent travel and requires the ability to adapt to changing schedules, flight delays, and other travel-related challenges.
