You will play a pivotal role in coordinating site activities, managing resources and building strong customer relationships.\nWhat will you be doing?\nManage and coordinate multiple modernisation projects from commencement through to completion\nPlan and organise labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities to ensure project success\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and key stakeholders throughout project delivery\nDrive a positive safety culture by ensuring compliance with KONE's safety standards, policies and procedures\nLead, coach and motivate site teams to achieve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets\nMonitor project progress, manage risks and proactively resolve site issues\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure seamless project execution\nMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting and compliance records\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and customer outcomes\nWhat are we looking for?\nProven experience in site management, construction, project delivery or a related field\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and project timelines\nConstruction qualification, trade background or equivalent industry experience\nLift industry experience highly regarded\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to engage, develop and influence teams\nExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills\nStrong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Project\nCurrent Australian driver's licence\nThere's so much more to KONE than you may realise.\nBe part of a global organisation with genuine career development opportunities\nEnjoy a supportive and collaborative team environment where your contribution is valued\nAccess ongoing learning and development programs designed to help you grow professionally\nWork with industry-leading products, technology and projects that shape Melbourne's skyline\nPlease note: Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, or hold Australian permanent residency, to be considered for this position.
