We are seeking a Site Manager to join our New Building Solutions team in Brisbane, QLD. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective leadership, resource management, and customer engagement. You will play a key role in motivating and guiding your team, fostering a positive work environment, and driving outstanding project outcomes.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate the delivery, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and tools across project sites.
  • Monitor site progress, labour productivity, and installation schedules to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with KONE's safety standards, procedures, and site requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop site teams to achieve high performance and exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Oversee installation quality and site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and customer expectations.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve site risks, issues, and constraints to minimise impacts on project delivery.
  • Identify and manage scope changes and site-driven requirements, ensuring impacts are communicated and documented to support successful project delivery.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and project outcomes.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and the Delivery Operations Manager to ensure successful project execution and completion.
  • Lead site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress, performance, and key risks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, site records, and compliance requirements in accordance with company standards.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience managing project delivery at a site level desired.
  • Relevant trade or construction qualification preferred.
  • Leadership experience desired.
  • Lift industry experience highly regarded.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence; rigid vehicle licence advantageous.
