This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities:\nDelivery punctuality 95%\nProduction Planning & Control (PPC)\nMaterial Requirement Planning (MRP)\nCapacity Planning\nCross-functional Coordination.\nERP tool updating and maintenance.\nMaintenance of material master data.\nRole and Responsibility:\nPrepare and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.\nCoordinate with Procurement, Production, Stores, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth production flow.\nMonitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to achieve production targets.\nPerform material and capacity planning using ERP/MRP systems while maintaining optimal inventory levels.\nAnalyze machine, manpower, and resource capacity.\nMonitor raw material, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods inventory\nTrack production KPIs, prepare planning reports, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity and on-time delivery.\nPrioritize production according to delivery commitments.\nMonitor daily production progress against the plan.\nMaintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routing in the ERP system.\nIdentify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and production efficiency.\nSupport Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.\nPrepare daily and monthly production reports.\nAnalyze production variances, bottlenecks, and resource utilization.\nPlan fabrication, machining, welding, painting, assembly, and testing activities.\nCoordinate long lead-time items such as motors, gearboxes, wire ropes, electrical panels, and structural steel.\nEnsure compliance with project timelines for EOT cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, and customized lifting equipment.\nCompetencies and Skills Required:\nAwareness about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 requirements.\nCompliance management.\nCommunication skills.\nQualifications\nEducation Required: BE Mechanical / BE Electrical\nProfessional Experience Required (Max - Min.) : 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply)\nMandatory Systems Knowledge and Tools Usability:\nERP systems and its working\nISO\nAdditional Information\nWhat we can offer you:\nCompetitive Salary\nWork-Life balance\nInnovative and dynamic working environment\nPossibility to work in leading crane building company with leading technology.\n Konecranes moves what matters.
