This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.\n Job Summary:\nThe Electrical Assembler is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels and components according to engineering drawings and production schedules. This role supports the efficient and accurate completion of electrical builds for hoist systems and other industrial equipment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nInterpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bill-of-materials.\nAssemble electrical components such as junction boxes, terminals, push buttons, and control panels.\nPerform wiring operations including cutting, stripping, crimping, and mounting wires to connect electrical units.\nConduct point-to-point testing and verify functionality of assembled systems.\nCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.\nMaintain compliance with safety procedures and ESD handling protocols.\nDocument work progress and report any discrepancies or delays to the supervisor.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events and Lean practices.\n MUST HAVE experience as electrical assembler or panel building.\nMUST HAVE general electrical hand tools(wrenches, socket set, screw drivers, small hammer, allen wrenches)\nMust be able to read and translate electrical schematics\nMust have a working knowledge and skills with drills, taps, hole punches, jig saw, hole saw, conduit benders, pipe threading.\nShould have a working knowledge of electrical components and electrical circuitry\nMUST be willing to work 5 X 8hr days per week.\nMust be able to stand for extended amounts of time and work in an industrial environment(most time spent at WeldAll a large scale manufacturing and welding facility)\nLift 50lbs unassisted routinely\nShould be previously certified forklift operator or be willing to be certified\nA working knowledge of working around/near high voltage systems(ie: 220/480V)\nA working knowledge of both AC and DC circuits\nFast-paced production floor with exposure to electrical components and testing equipment.\nCollaborative team setting with cross-functional interaction across departments.\n Benefits: Medical Plan, Dental, Vision, 401k plan with a match from day one, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance and so much more!\nVacation: 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date). 5-12 years of service, 3 weeks. 13+ years of service, 4 weeks.\nSick Leave: 5 days of Sick Leave per year.
