In this role, you will be responsible for the services and maintenance at site location.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExecute service assignments planned and allocated by the Service Planner or Maintenance Planner.\nAccept work packages and accurately record work performed against Service Requests (SR) and Work Packages (WP).\nPerform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities at customer sites.\nRecord faults, observations, and recommendations using the Risk & Recommendation methodology.\nEstimate labor hours, material requirements, and parts costs for repair work.\nConduct Safety Reviews and Visit Reviews and document outcomes along with recommended next steps.\nEnsure all service activities comply with company safety standards and procedures.\nConsult and interact with customers, providing technical advice and recommendations to support informed maintenance and repair decisions.\nComplete service reports and documentation accurately through CRM/Siebel Field Service systems.\nIdentify opportunities for service improvements and additional maintenance requirements.\nMaintain professional customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.\nAwareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards\nQualifications\nDiploma/B.E. (Electrical)\nExperience: Number of years of experience: 5-6 years\nSkills & Competencies we expect for this role:\nTechnical Skills:\nKnowledge of EOT Cranes, Hoists, and Material Handling Equipment.\nWorking knowledge of electrical systems, motors, drives, panels, and control circuits.\nExperience in CRM Siebel Field Service Portal operations.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve field service issues effectively.\nUnderstanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.\nBehavioral Competencies:\nCustomer-focused mindset.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nProblem-solving and analytical thinking.\nSafety-conscious approach to work.\nAbility to work independently and within a team environment.\nTime management and planning skills.\nAdditional Information\nWhy join us?\nWe are a global company with history dating back to 1910 - with future looking attitude that has brought us here today.
