Project Management must understand the impact of successful execution on all internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, finance, sales, and management) and to plan and execute with consideration of all stakeholder interests.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nMaintain and Distribute Minutes of the Meetings\nOrganize and head Internal and External Kick off Meetings\nProject Budget and Financial Responsibility\nManage Project document Submittals\nManage Project Deliverables Schedule\nWitness and Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing)\nOrganize and Coordinate Freight from Factory\nOrganize and Coordinate Installation and Oversee all Site Activity\nOrganize and Manage Site Wiring and Crane Commissioning\nManaging Customer Change Orders\nSupport SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)\nOrganize O&M Manuals\nPrepare Project Post Mortem Reporting and Lessons Learned\nResponsible for SAP Data Entry and Management as related to the Position\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nREQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:\nAbility to read and understand mechanical drawings, and experience in drawing and document control and retention (drawing hierarchy, revision level, material bills, drawing control, etc.)\nDemonstrated leadership experience and well developed “people” skills. Applicant will interface with all levels of supplier and customer management and must be able to communicate effectively to all.\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to efficiently handle and administer multiple tasks on concurrently running projects, and experience in problem solving and conflict resolution. •\nAdvanced PC skills, including MS Project, MS Office, and other ERP systems.\nStrong technical aptitude and a desire to fully understand our products and processes.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:\nPost secondary degree or diploma from a college, or PMP certification is preferred. Previous Project Management experience is required.\nExperience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning; or related similar construction experience is required. Applicant must be familiar with transportation of heavy machinery, installation and installation practices (including basic rigging requirements), installation equipment (mobile cranes, personnel lifts, fork lifts, etc.), jobsite scheduling of multiple trades, and jobsite safety.\nExperience in submitting, reviewing, receiving, qualifying, and management of company and customer drawing and document submittals, either via e-mail or through customer document portals.\nPrior experience with electric overhead travelling (EOT) crane manufacturing is an asset.\nAdditional Information\nWhat we offer:\nBenefits: Medical Plan, Dental, Vision, 401k plan with a match from day one, identity theft protection, accident insurance, travel insurance and so much more!\nVacation: 2 weeks of vacation per year (pro-rated for the first year depending on start date). 5-12 years of service, 3 weeks. 13+ years of service, 4 weeks.\nSick Leave: 5 days of Sick Leave per year.
