This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.\nJob Description\nKey responsibility of Financial Accountant is to execute day to day accounting tasks under guidance and supervision of senior team members (Financial Controller, Senior Accountants).\nKey Tasks :\nResponsible for supporting the transactional components of the Record to Report process; preparing journal entries and providing supporting documents as needed; overseeing P&L and balance sheet accounts; and performing reconciliation of various data.\nAssisting to carry out the general ledger close, prepare monthly reconciliations to verify that e.g. the balances recorded in the general ledger as intercompany receivables are accurately recorded, and identify and resolve intercompany accounting disputes\nPreparing balance sheet reconciliation\nResponsible for named internal controls\nDocumenting work-instructions\nProviding accurate and in-time financial reporting\nOther work-related duties may be assigned by management\nFollows the requirements of the GDPR regulation tasks in daily workCustomers and / or Interest Groups Cooperation Partners and Networks\n\nGroup Reporting, Tax Department and Treasury\nBusiness Controllers\nLocal Financial Controllers\nFSSC\nLegal entity management\nQualifications\nUniversity degree or economical school degree with a preference in Accounting\n2+ years of professional work experience in a Finance or Accounting function, preferably in large multinational company\nBasic knowledge of IFRS standards\nFluent in written and spoken English\nLocal/regional languages based on the group companies a plus\nSkills required\nProficiency with SAP, OneStream, Excel, Word and Power Point desired\nA team player, highly ambitious, proactive, flexible, and energetic\nGood analytical thinking, problem solving and communicating skills\nAbility to follow harmonized and effective accounting processes\nDocumentation of processes and work instructions\nAdditional Information\nWhat we offer:\nAnnual Performance and Reward program, together with excellent learning and development opportunities.\nActivity compensation and sick leave compensation from the 2nd day.\nTeam and company events, plus free parking.\nInterested?\nSubmit your CV via the ’Apply’ button.
