This role involves managing service delivery, driving SAP transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration across business processes and SAP modules.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and mentor SAP FICO & PS team; manage workload, escalations, and rostering\nHandle Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management (ITIL)\nAct as Major Incident Manager for critical issues\nSupport S/4HANA implementation, testing, and transformation\nEnsure integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.)\nApprove ChaRM changes and resolve complex issues\nMaintain documentation, ensure audit compliance, and drive improvements\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams\nThe role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune - but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.\nExperience\nMinimum 12-15 years of SAP FICO & PS experience in manufacturing along with global exposure.\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong experience in SAP FICO & PS modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CO-PA, Product Costing)\nKnowledge of P2P & O2C processes\nHands-on S/4HANA experience\nUnderstanding of IDOCs/EDI and integrations\nStrong knowledge of SAP cross-module integration\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExposure to VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and Travel Management\nKnowledge of business processes: ETO, CTO, MTO, MTS\nExperience with:Functional specifications (FS), user exits, and testing\nSAP Solution Manager & ChaRM\nImplementation, upgrade, and rollout projects\n\nFamiliarity with ITIL framework\nExposure to:RPA\nTest Automation\n\nAwareness of ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)\n Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.\n As a Specialist SAP FICO & PS, you get to join our team and make your mark in our journey forward.
