This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.\nJob Description\nRole Description:\nResponsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to industrial service equipment\ninstallations, focusing on overhead cranes and hoists. This role requires strong technical expertise,\nproject management skills, and collaboration with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver\nprojects safely, on time, within budget, and according to Konecranes’ quality standards.\nKey Tasks :\nPlan, monitor, and manage crane and hoist installation, modernization, and service projects from\ninitiation to completion.\nPrepare project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring adherence to contract terms.\nCoordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to secure timely delivery of materials and\nservices.\nProvide technical support in crane and hoist installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.\nEnsure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and Konecranes quality requirements.\nServe as the primary technical contact for customers during project execution.\nAttend to site meeting\nReview technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure feasibility and accuracy.\nConduct site visits, risk assessments, and progress meetings to maintain clear communication and trust with stakeholders.\nProvide professional guidance and technical recommendations to optimize customer lifting solutions.\nEnsure all projects are executed in strict compliance with local safety regulations, ISO standards, and Konecranes’ EHS policies.\nPromote a strong safety culture and monitor site safety performance.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.\nSupport the development of standardized procedures and best practices within the Project Engineering\nteam\nInform sales and business controller to trigger relevant billing according to contractual billing plan at\npredetermined stages throughout the project.\nAssist technical administration executive in gathering & reviewing relevant documents for submission\nto DOSH for design approval and load test.\nPerform any other related duties as assigned by Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager.\nAwareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard\nQualifications\nBachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field\nHave 1 to 2 years' experience in same field preferable. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.\nCandidate with certifications such as CIDB, OGSP or an equivalent certification (added advantage).\nAdditional Information\nHave experience in Siebel & SAP system will be advantage.\nProficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel)\nAwareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards\n Konecranes moves what matters.
