The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOrganizing Kick off meeting for all assigned new orders with Internal stake Holders for smooth order transfer.\nPreparation and control of schedules/project plans for all assigned orders.\nConduct regular planning & review meetings to ensure project timelines.\nSingle window for all communication with Customer regarding approvals, project schedules and delivery plans.\nOrganizing Inspections as required under QAP.\nCoordination with site team for schedules and ensuring project timelines.\nProject milestone update to customer.\nCoordination with design team for the detail engineering.\nCost management/Budget control.\nPerform risk management to minimize project risk.\nDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processes\nSAP Knowledge required.\nCoordination with commercial team on AR (account receivables)/ABG/PBG.\nCoordination with site team for project closure.\nMaintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes.\nMaintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure projects comply with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements\nAwareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard\nQualifications\nQualification: BE - Mechanical/Electrical.\nJob Location : Jejuri.\nExperience: 7-8year experience.\nCompetencies and skills, we expect for this role:\nExcellent written and verbal communication\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like SAP & MS Project.\nAbility to work with team to achieve goals.\nTarget Driven\nEagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines\nAdditional Information\nWhat we offer you:\nIn return, we can offer you exciting and challenging Specialist - Project Management and flexible working environment to form a part of the Konecranes & Demag Industrial Cranes India team, you will create value added support locally and in delivering services as per our Lifting People Strategy.\nAdditional information:\nPlease apply through www.konecranes.com/career\n Konecranes moves what matters.
