As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing various industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.\nPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including electric overhead traveling cranes\nTroubleshoot equipment breakdowns efficiently and effectively\nConsult with customers on repair and safety-related issues, providing expert advice and solutions\nComplete accurate and detailed documentation of all service activities using mobile devices\nConduct regular inspections and safety checks on equipment\nCollaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency\nStay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety standards\nRespond to emergency service calls as needed, including potential after-hours work\nQualifications\nApprentice-trained or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or related field\nProven experience in industrial equipment maintenance, repair, and servicing\nStrong knowledge of electrical engineering disciplines and mechanical systems\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills\nProficiency in using mobile devices for documentation and reporting\nOutstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor\nAbility to work at heights and in various industrial environments\nValid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites\nStrong commitment to health and safety practices\nExcellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilities\nFlexibility to work extra hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nFamiliarity with overhead cranes and hoists is a plus\nAdditional Information\n Konecranes moves what matters.
