This role offers the opportunity enhance your expertise in SAP Basis administration and gain practical exposure to advance technologies with opportunities to architect and operate solutions on BTP, AZURE, AWS platforms.\nYour key responsibilities:\nManaging the S/4HANA SAP RISE Landscape in cooperation with SAP Enterprise cloud services.\nDaily monitoring of all S/4HANA SAP systems (e.g. work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, profile parameter maintenance etc.)\nAnalyzing system Performance and adjusting various tuning parameters to maintain optimum utilization including application server load balancing, operation modes, background jobs management\nManaging & Performing System refreshes\nConfigure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances\nSAP Solution Manager Change Request Management functionality (ChaRM) from basis point of view and cCTS. Cloud TMS used for BTP Fiori UI transports by developers and understanding of it seen as advantage.\nAnalysis of SAP Service Session reports (incl. EarlyWatch Alert) for systems operated in the cloud. Provide recommendations for changes related to SAP application (outside technical operations scope of standard service).\nProactive housekeeping of systems in SAP RISE Landscape\nArchiving SAP S/4HANA data with SAP standard tools. Knowledge of 3rd party tools giving better visibility to archived data seen as advantage.\nFurthermore, adherence to operational procedures compliant with audit requirements is imperative.\nManaging SAP Security and adherence to best practices related to risk assessment, security policies & Regular audits.\nUnderstanding of SAP BTP connection to on-premise (private cloud) SAP systems.\nDeeper knowledge of SAP BTP Administration seen as advantage.\nExposure in automating the processes in SAP Basis area seen as advantage.\nExposure to SAP Cloud ALM seen as advantage.\nAwareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards\nQualifications\nWhat should you bring?\n6-10 years of experience in IT industry working in global support or business process monitoring environment.\nIT skills:\nCertified SAP BASIS Administrator\nExperience in Administration of S/4HANA systems.\nExperience in S/4HANA database administration tasks.\nExperience with AWS or AZURE Cloud setup\nExperience in Managing BTP Admin & system integration tasks\nGood troubleshooting skills\nGood Knowledge of Linux administration tasks\nAgile / Scrum knowledge seen as advantage\nGeneral Skills:\nStrong interpersonal skills are essential, demonstrating both the capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within team dynamics as required.\nEffective communication and presentation abilities are crucial.\nShould be flexible to take up any challenge offered based on business need.\nNice to have experience in interacting with the global team set-up.\nTeam player\nEnglish Communication skills - Verbal, Written\nWilling to work in shifts when necessary\nExhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action\nWe offer our employees e.g.,\nCompetitive Salary\nWork-Life balance\nInnovative and dynamic working environment\nPossibility to work in leading crane building company with leading technology.\nAdditional Information\nWhy join us?\nWe are a global company with history dating back to 1910 - with future looking attitude that has brought us here today.
