Nobody checks every box - we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas, and have some interest and capabilities in others.\nChannel Program Manager Responsibilities\nCollaborate across Channels & Alliances teams to gather requirements for programs\n\nDesign, build, and manage partner programs, including the Program Guide, MDF program, reseller, services, alliances, and deal registration program\n\nDesign program guides that detail requirements and benefits, terms and conditions, etc.\n\nDesign, build, and launch the partner portal\n\nManage all communications to the channel via the portal, newsletters, and social channels\n\nDesign and launch field/channel rules of engagement\n\nDesign and launch field enablement on the partner program, rules of engagement, deal registration, how to partner, etc.\n\nCollect and manage feedback from channel partners into the ongoing roadmap for the channel program\n\nWork cross-functionally with Sales / Partner Operations, Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and technical teams to secure, operationalize, and manage all committed benefits to partners\n\nDocument policies and processes to support all aspects of the program and enable global execution\n\nEstablish and track program metrics, and run a quarterly compliance process with the Channels & Alliances field\n\nPartner closely with peers in Marketing and Sales Operations\n\nChannel Program Manager Requirements\nBachelor's degree with demonstrated progressive experience in channel programs\n\nExperience building and managing a partner program in the enterprise software space\n\nExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills\n\nExecution- and revenue-focused\n\nStrong project and program management skills, with the ability to leverage, manage, and lead virtual teams\n\nSuccessfully designed, built, and managed partner portals #LI-JS2\n\nAbout Kong:\nKong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, is building the connectivity layer of AI.
