This role intersects closely with several cross-functional areas of the business, focusing on clear and accurate communication of product information and the implementation of process and system enhancements. Working closely with the Director of Product Development and Sales Leadership, the Project Coordinator helps design and roll out process improvements across the organization.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDevelops and executes projects supporting the product management team, including setup of turnkey (import) and non-turnkey (domestic) specialty displays and shippers, sample management/distribution to Sales and Marketing, and tracking/coordination of product quality reviews.\nSupports the new item system setup process.\n Supports product development and launch timelines, including management of the product development calendar, promo book, behind-the-product videos, and annual catalog.\nCreates product specification sheets.\nUpdates and maintains product launch data across systems, including product team roles & responsibilities tables, master tables for launch dates/launch groups/product registrations/product descriptions, and a digital archive of completed launches.\nInterfaces with the Brand team on product information.\nProduces and distributes time-sensitive, critical information to Sales, Marketing, Consumer Relations, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Executive Management.\nWorks closely with the Director of Product Development and Sales Leadership to design and implement process enhancements across the organization.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree required.\n3-4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and/or project plans.\nMeticulous organizational and efficiency skills, with the ability to self-motivate and prioritize simultaneous tasks.\nHighly effective written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience mobilizing cross-functional support across departments.\nAbility to research, assess, and solve problems, using independent judgment to analyze information and formulate recommendations.\nAbility to work well under tight deadlines.\nExcellent proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in consumer products, product development, or project management within a manufacturing environment.\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to occasionally lift/move up to 25-50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance\nClose vision and ability to adjust focus\nRegularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear;
