You will be working at a hectic and fast-paced startup as a member of the education team. This team is responsible for creating and delivering both online and instructor-led training to Kong customers and partners.\nAbove all, you’ll be acting as a stellar teammate for the rest of Kong.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nWorking with a diverse team of people from all over the world\n\nDeliver in-person and virtual instructor-led training offerings to diverse audiences including engineers, solutions architects, managers and operations personnel\n\nManaging training sessions, addressing any issues that arise and keeping learners on track\n\nDeveloping and optimizing curricula and associated training materials to support our internal and external training needs\n\nAnalyzing customer training requirements\n\nMaintaining current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nShow passion and determination about technology\n\nEnjoy working with others and collaborating\n\nSelf-awareness and strong communication skills are a must\n\nThrive in an agile work environment that requires flexibility and self-direction\n\nExcellent organization, time management, and attention to detail\n\nProven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables\n\nPrior experience in API management preferred\n\nProficient in Linux environments including Cloud and Development tooling\n\n5+ years developing curriculum for technical or software training courses including instructor-led materials, self-paced e-learning modules, and job aids\n\nAbility to cater to multiple learning methods and to match the appropriate methods with the subject matter and audience\n\nExperience working with a content management system, knowledge base, and/or online reference for learning\n\nCan explain the benefits of using APIs and API governance clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nAbility to travel to customer and Kong locations as-needed\n\nAbout Kong:\nKong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, is building the connectivity layer of AI.
