Graphic Design and Content Creation\n\nDesign engaging social media carousels and graphics for the organisation’s digital platforms.\n\nCreate podcast thumbnails and promotional artwork.\n\nDesign flyers for campaigns, events and organisational announcements.\n\nDevelop visually appealing designs that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.\n\nAdapt existing design templates to suit different topics, guests and content formats.\n\n2. Brand Identity and Visual Consistency\n\nApply established brand colours, design templates and visual guidelines across all design projects.\n\nMaintain visual consistency across the organisation’s brands and digital platforms.\n\nEnsure that all designs reflect the organisation’s visual identity and communication objectives.\n\nIdentify creative ways to improve the presentation and effectiveness of visual content.\n\n3. Collaboration and Creative Coordination\n\nCollaborate with writers, editors and content creators to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.\n\nWork closely with the content team to understand design requirements and project objectives.\n\nIncorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to completed designs.\n\nContribute creative ideas that strengthen content presentation and audience engagement.\n\n4. Design File and Project Management\n\nOrganise and maintain design files for easy access and future use.\n\nManage assigned design tasks and deliver completed work within agreed timelines.\n\nReview designs for accuracy, consistency and quality before submission.\n\nImplement feedback effectively and ensure timely completion of revisions.\n\n5.
