Our client, in the Business Support Services, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling the invoices and purchase orders
  • Supporting with payments
  • Handling reconciliations and preparing of financial records
  • Following up with pending payments
  • Assisting with payables and receivables
  • Handling the petty cash transactions
  • Supporting with the day to day duties

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in accounting locally
  • Excellent verbal and written English

Education and experience

  • Ideally holding a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
